We offer a variety of job opportunities to fit diverse skill sets and interests. From accounting to pig farming, pork quality assurance to transportation and logistics, there is a team and a position that fits you.
Drivers
Our driver team is responsible for the movement of animals and feed. CDL drivers transport feed from the feed mills to our farms and pigs between farms and to the plant.
Our local haul drivers are home at the end of every shift. Drivers receive a $3,000 sign-on bonus and a quarterly $300 safety bonus. Driver benefits start on day 1 and there is an additional $2.00 per hour differential for night shifts.
Animal Operations
We manage every aspect of our farm operations with oversight of the entire production process, including genetics, nutrition and animal welfare.
Animal Production
Our animal production teams work inside our barns taking care of our animals on sow, nursery, and finisher farms, focusing on animal care, livestock production, and management.
People in these roles are typically interested in animal science, livestock, farm or feedlot management, animal care, animal welfare, agribusiness, or veterinary science.
Animal Health & Technical Support
These teams specialize in technical skills such as animal health and welfare, feed procurement, nutrition, research and more.
People in these roles are typically interested in grain buying, futures markets, nutrition, veterinary medicine, livestock, research and development, data management, animal science, quality assurance and more.
Support Operations
ERM
The environmental resource management (ERM) team ensures that natural resources are protected. This team is responsible for soil and water conservation practices such as soil testing, managing effluent, lagoon testing and ensuring all records are updated and accurate.
Feed Mill
Our feed mill team directly supports our animal operations. Our feed mill operators monitor inventory, mix ingredients and manufacture feed for our pigs.
Maintenance
Employees with a mechanical aptitude and trade skills work in various areas of the business maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing equipment and facilities on our farms, feed mills and in our plants.
Transportation
This team handles scheduling, logistics, animal shipping (loadout), animal handling, Transportation Quality Assurance, vehicle maintenance, truck and trailer washing, cost management, purchasing analysis, equipment specifications and DOT regulations.
Pork Production
We own and operate a 900,000-square-foot plant in Guymon, Oklahoma. Recently expanded in 2020, the plant is equipped with the latest technology to produce safe, delicious and nutritious pork.
Plant Production
At our fresh pork processing plant in Guymon, Okla., employees cut, trim and package our pork to be shipped to families' tables around the world.

Food Safety & Quality Assurance
This team makes sure that the pork products made in our Guymon, Okla., pork processing are safe for people to eat by inspecting product, working in our onsite lab, reviewing food safety processes and ensuring all product has proper documentation.
