Determined To Make an Impact in Our Communities
We have a special place in our hearts for the communities we call home. Our community service program – Serving UP – focuses on making a positive difference in the areas of food, education and hometown impact, whether through corporate giving or volunteering. Here are some of our latest community efforts.
Pioneer Days 2021
Who can resist the parade, the kids’ clown contest? Not us. Pioneer Days in Guymon, Oklahoma, is one of our favorite events of the year. Seaboard Foods is proud to sponsor the Pioneer Days rodeo so fans can enjoy this popular event for free.

Hosting Educators
Local teachers and community college leaders from Oklahoma, Kansas and Texas visited us for a behind-the-scenes look at our business. They connected with company leaders and learned firsthand why Seaboard Foods is the local advantage in the community.
Congratulations, Class of 2021!
Graduating from high school deserves a big celebration. Seaboard Foods hosted lunch, games and prize raffles for senior students and faculty at local high schools in honor of their big accomplishment.

Scholarships Fuel Our Future
Seaboard Foods presented 55 scholarships to graduating high school students in our communities in May 2021. We are committed to helping young adults pursue their higher education goals and building tomorrow’s leaders.
Giving Back to Hard-Working Charities
We donated $35,000 to four nonprofits in the greater Kansas City metro area as part of 2021 Kansas City Community Giving. Our employees voted to support Children’s Mercy, Ronald McDonald House Charities of Kansas City, City UnionMission and Rose Brooks Center.
